Our First Home to Our Investment Properties Cindy
Minteer sold my husband and I our first home in 2001. She was extremely
helpful throughout the entire process. Her knowledge regarding the builders,
the area, and the real estate market was invaluable. In
2002, we decided to purchase investment properties: we immediately contacted

I'm a Believer !! Cindy
called one afternoon and talked to my wife. If I had been the one to answer
the phone, she wouldn't have gotten much further than introducing herself, as
I'm not one to indulge telemarketers. She talked about how much home values
had increased just within the last year and asked if we were considering
selling our home. Well, we had been bouncing the idea of either building onto
a home that our family had outgrown in just the five years we lived there or
selling it and buying a bigger home. She said she could sell our home and
find us the home we were looking for. Absolutely. Our dream home. I didn't believe her. She
came to our home that night and I was immediately impressed with her
presentation, organization, and motivation. She talked about the home selling
and buying process and assured us she could not only sell our home, but she
could find us our dream home. Well, we laid out some pretty specific criteria
for a new home. Things like minimum square footage, location, a fenced in
yard, and, most importantly, price. Everything we dreamed about in a home.
She tenaciously stated that she could find the home we were looking for, sell
our home, and we wouldn't have any overlap time where we'd need to find
temporary living arrangements. I didn't believe her. A few
days later, Cindy called and with much enthusiasm and excitement said that
she had found the home we were looking for and it was just a few blocks away!
Our dream home. She had called the current owner and discovered that they
were preparing to find a realtor to sell their home and move on. What luck!
That weekend, she took us to a number of homes that we were interested in
seeing, but we kept coming back to the one she found. Our dream home. It
was just 58 days from the day she talked to my wife until we moved into our
new home. Our dream home. She handled all of the technical details of selling
our home (in just ten days!) and buying the new one. It was truly effortless
on our part. Her
professionalism, knowledge, and determination are what set her apart from
others in her field. She is truly interested in finding the right fit for
every client. She listened to our dreams and our concerns. Our hopes and our
apprehensions. Through it all, she guided us through the intricacies of home
selling and buying and never once believed it wouldn't happen. And now, you
